Community Benefit Fund
Intended to create and enhance community connections; protect, preserve and enhance valuable community assets; and promote safety, health
and well-being
Examples we have previously funded would include: Distribution of over 500 smoke detectors, annual financial gift to clean up the watershed, recent grand to the Mental Health Foundation for Live, Laugh, Love Program in Forest HIlls Schools.

Community Enhancement Fund
Intended to improve the beautification and livability of the community, provide permanent installations that have long term impact on our community, and establish place and promote the community.
Examples of projects we have previously funded would include: the Wind Turbine at the Cascade Library,the enhancement of the Ball Fields at the Cascade Recreation Park, the Community sign at Independent Bank, Christmas decorations for the Township

Community Activities/Events Fund
Intended to support activities that build community and bring neighbors together to create a strong, connected community fabric.
Examples of projects we have previously funded would include: Concerts in the Park (River Beat series), 911 Community Concerts at 5 year and 10 year anniversary of 9/11, Metro Cruise Warm Up Celebration
